I 7 Re di Roma

From the 7 Kings of Rome to universal citizenship: two open meetings with a workshop, and a show at Teatro Ghione. A project supported by Roma Capitale.

The project compares the Rome of the seven kings with the Rome of today. It is about inclusion, citizenship, taking part in culture and caring for the environment.

The programme has three stages. Two open meetings for everyone at the academy's centre, each followed by a singing, dance and acting workshop led by ten artists from the academy with and without disabilities. Then the show: I sette re di Roma by Luigi Magni, with music by Nicola Piovani, at Teatro Ghione.

Those who take part in the meetings do not just watch: guided by the artists, they try improvisation, singing and movement.
