Who else sees the data
Only the people in the association who deal with it (office, management, audition team) and the suppliers who help us run the website, appointed as data processors:
- Aruba S.p.A., for website hosting and email (Italy)
- Stripe, for online donation payments
- Brevo, for sending the newsletter
- Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only if you consent to statistics and marketing cookies
Some of these suppliers may transfer data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (EU-US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
We do not sell or pass on your data to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format, object to its processing and withdraw your consent, without affecting anything done before. Just write to info@artenelcuore.it.
If you think your data is being processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority.
