Our methodology
Every year, at the end of September, auditions are held so that each applicant can get to know the environment and the staff, and be guided towards the training programme best suited to their characteristics and needs. Each person selected therefore receives a personalised training proposal and is assigned to a specific class.
Lessons begin in October and the first term is dedicated to welcoming the students, building a balanced class, learning the working method and basic teaching. From January onwards, teaching is linked to preparing the final presentation of the subject, which, depending on the programme, may take place through inclusion in a group theatre show or in a dedicated performance.
Throughout the year the students are accompanied and supported by the psycho-educational team, which assists the teachers in personalising learning. From January to March it is possible to book a meeting with the teachers to review progress.
In May and June the final presentations of the courses take place, with shows in the most prestigious Italian theatres. At the end of the academic year the organisation gives families final feedback describing the progress made, the results and suggestions for work in the following year.
